Who Are We? Our Portfolio Our Services Design Prices Testimonials F.A.Q. Terms & Conditions Get a Quote |
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONSWhy do I have to pay before the work is released to me?This is simply our insurance that we will be paid for the services we are providing. Due to past troubles with clients not paying we now require half up front before we will even start and the remaining half upon completion. Will Darkland Studios provide me with content for my designs? No. At this time we can not but this will be changing in the future with the advent of a sister company that will deal solely in content. BUT, until that time we can refer you to some reasonable content providers. How long does the design process take from start to finish? This partially relys on you and here is why: As soon as we recieve first contact we will respond as quickly as possible. We will then consult with you on the concepts of your design and get you a quote on price and turn around time. You are then required to pay half the final cost before any work will begin. You will be given FTP information to upload your content and design specifications such as theme, colors, site text, etc. Projects vary in size and complexity so it is difficult to state a standard turn around time for all projects. Simple designs usually 1 or 2 days, Complex designs or entire web sites at least one or two weeks minimum. We make every effort to complete every design as quickly as possible without sacrificing quality.Do you offer any kind of discounts on your services?Yes. We offer most of our first time customers reduced rates. We also offer special deals for our repeat customers as well. Although it is not always possible to do so since our prices are already set at very competitive rates for the quality of work you recieve. In the near future we will be designing a structured discount policy were in instances of refering a paying customer to us you will get a discount on your next design project.Forward all additional questions you have to |
