GENERAL
- You must be 18 years of age or older and/or of legal age in your place of residence to purchase any graphics
from Darkland Studios, regardless of design needs.
- You agree to pay half the total cost of all design projects by Darkland Studios prior to start date and the
remaining half upon completion.
- We reserve the right to withhold your final design untill such time as full payment has been recieved and/or
payment has cleared the issuing account.
- ALL payments must be in the form of either: Company Checks, Money Orders, Cashiers Check, or Credit Card
payment through PayPal
DESIGN AGREEMENT
- For all designs requiring the use of images with model(s) or person(s), you agree to provide licensed images
that you wish to use within the design. Darkland Studios WILL NOT provide any images for you BUT if you have no
licensed content we can provide you with a list of content providers.
- You also hereby release Darkland Studios from any and all legal actions or monetary
settlements arising from you providing us with unlicensed images and/or content to be used in the
creation of your design.
- YOU ARE WHOLLY LIABLE FOR ANY LEGAL OR MONETARY RAMIFICATIONS THAT RESULT IN YOU
PROVIDING DARKLAND STUDIOS WITH UNLICENSED CONTENT USED IN YOUR DESIGN. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!
- All model(s) appearing in images provided for the design MUST be 18 years of age or older and that you affirm
that you have, maintain or can gain access to records that confirm the legal age(s) of said model(s).
- We DO NOT design graphics that depict, whether real or simulated, acts of beastiality, rape, acts of violence,
child pornography or any other type of content otherwise deemed illegal.
- Darkland Studios reserves the right to display all completed designs, as means of advertising our
services in a Sample Works section within this website.
- After completion and all moneys have been recieved, your design will be uploaded to this site. You will then
be given a link to obtain the design at which time you have 5 business days to download it before it is removed
from our servers. If it is not retrieved within those 5 days you will be charged an additional $30 to have it
uploaded and a new retrieval link will be issued.
CUSTOMER SATISFACTION POLICIES
- Upon completion of your design, you will be sent either a screenshot image or a link in which to view the
final design for approval. No final payment is required at this time.
- In the case of a full website design using rollovers, java, etc. you will be given access to (1) page for
viewing and final approval. No other work will be completed any further than this until such time as approval
has been given. No final payment is due at this time.
- There is no standard rule in instances were you want changes made during the approval period, but such
instances WILL BE kept within a reasonable number. Darkland Studios will not apply numerous seperate changes on
the sole reasoning of new ideas on your part each time you are sent a design for approval. However, if the changes
are of a legitimate nature or caused through the fault of Darkland Studios those changes will not be deemed as
excessive use of the approval process.
- Darkland Studios holds high standards of seeing your design all the way through to completion and want to
provide you with a quality design that meets your approval. Such changes requested during the approval process
must be complete and concise in description so that your design goes through a minimal number of changes.
- If numerous changes are requested during more than 5 approval processes you will be
charged an addition $25 fee for each approval process thereafter. This particular policy does not
apply to changes needed due to any fault of Darkland Studios.
- This particular policy DOES apply, if after the approval process limit has been reached,
you want changes made because said changes WERE NOT made clear. (See Policy Number 4 of Customer Satisfaction)
ALL ORDERS that exceed the total amount of $500 MUST e-mail, fax, or mail a SIGNED COPY of this agreement to
TNA Productions, LLC.
Under penalties of purjury, I solemnly declare and affirm that I have Read, Understood and Agree with all of the
statements above and wish to conduct business with Darkland Studios in such manner that acts within all of the
statements set forth in this agreement.
I also affirm that I have a copy ot this agreement in my records and will be available for review and/or affirmation
for the life of the design created by Darkland Studios as set forth in this agreement.
